Horor gitu kayanya ayam tuh.. hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Bahkan gara-gara phobia yang memalukan ini, gw suka jadi sasaran dijailin orang terdekat :( Pernah dikurung sekamar sama ayam! Bakal gw inget seumur hidup ya, gw pernah dijailin sama ade gw & sepupu gw di Medan.. Hufh
Begitu juga sahabat-sahabat yg tau kalo gw takut ayam, mereka ngasi nama panggilan buat gw AYAM.. -______________-" haha
But it doesn't matter as long as they don't give me a chicken!! Lol
Berikut ini sedikit info mengenai Alektorophobia yang gw ambil dari http://www.anxietyatoz.com/phobias/alektorophobia.htm :)
Alektorophobia is an excessive and abnormal fear of chickens or other
feathered creatures or of flying animals or birds. Alektorophobia may
also include eggs and live or dead chickens. A few reasons include fears
of being pecked, swooped upon, and because they roost above eye level
or that they eat food from the ground or manure piles which apparently
may contaminate the bird.
Such fears usually involve relative closeness to live chickens,
but usually don¹t include cooked chickens. Alektorophobia is
thinking/talking about chickens, moving mobile chickens, cartoon
chickens, pictures of chickens, dead chickens and any thing to do with
chickens.
Some rationale for this fear might be a general fear of birds
being coordinated to attack or perhaps by chicken's daily habits -
eating worms and pooping in their own nest.
Interestingly, sufferers of alektorophobia often believe that
chickens are far from benign: they usually feel chickens are
conspiratorial and aggressive, and often appear to always have an eye on
you when you are around them.
Most sufferers are surprised to learn that they not alone in this
surprisingly common, although often unspoken, phobia. Alektorophobia is
an intense fear of something that poses little or no actual danger .
While adults with alektorophobia realize that these fears are
irrational, they often find that facing, or even thinking about facing,
the feared situation brings on a panic attack or severe anxiety.
Cause of Alektorophobia:
Like all other anxiety and phobias, Alektorophobi is created by
the unconscious mind as a protective mechanism. Alektorophobi develops
at some point in your past, where there was likely an event linking
insanity or becoming insane and emotional trauma.
Attaching emotions to situations is one of the primary ways that
humans learn. Sometimes we just get the wiring wrong. But so long as the
negative association is powerful enough, the unconscious mind thinks
persistently. Whilst the original catalyst may have been a real-life
trauma of some kind, the condition can also be triggered by myriad,
benign events like movies or perhaps seeing someone else facing/
experience trauma.
The actual phobia manifests itself in different ways. Some
sufferers experience it almost all the time, others just in response to
direct stimuli. Everyone has their own unique formula for when and how
to feel bad.
